Welcome from the Program Director
The Jeff Galloway Training Program - Daytona Beach  was established in 1999 beginning with a group of 10-15 people it has grown to over 70 participants in 2011.  The primary goal of the group is to bring together runners from the community who share a common goal of wanting to complete a marathon or a half marathon. 

The group consists of runners of all levels from Boston qualifiers to beginners. We train together on Saturday mornings beginning in June targeting the Walt Disney World Marathon on January 8, 2012. Many of the members will also be running in marathons across the country such as Chicago, New York, and Marine Corps.

Whether you are thinking of running a marathon or half marathon we provide an easy-going environment for runners of all abilities. Our training program is designed and administered by Jeff Galloway, olympian and long-time marathoner. It utilizes intervals of running and walking that minimize injuries. You will be running with a group each week on interesting, accurate, and varied routes, with a defined training schedule and enjoying good conversation to pass the time.

The only requirement to join is a passion for running!
